We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or upon receipt you find a product is defective, please return the product for replacement or refund. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in good condition.
To replace a defective or damaged product, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt and include:
1) Complete the Return Form that you received with the merchandise
2) Indicate the reason for return and action to be taken, such as credit or exchange
3) Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, include the completed Return/Exchange Form.
FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
You are responsible for the return shipping of the product, preferably in the original shipping materials. Please package it carefully.
Once we receive your return, we will replace it or exchange it per your request.
We will pay for the shipping of replacement/exchanged products to you.

Please Note: Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you are requesting a refund, all non-defective merchandise must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition. If possible, return it in its original packaging and ship it insured and traceable.
You are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees.Once we receive and inspect the returned product and determine that it is in as new condition and has not been altered, we will issue you a refund. As noted above, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
